POLICY

DEPOSIT

A non-refundable deposit is required to book every new appointment. Deposit amounts vary per service. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of your appointment. We accept Venmo, Cashapp, Paypal, and cash, debit cards, or any major credit cards.

The Brow Co. Aesthetics Studio reserves the right to hold your debit/credit card information on file and charge said card in the event that the booking contract is breached and/or a cancellation fee need be applied. Please note that your debit/credit card and any other personal information is securely protected and will not be used for any other reason other than the reasons listed herein. You will be informed immediately and directly in the event that your card would need to be charged. 

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should your appointment need to be cancelled or rescheduled, it must be done 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you fail to cancel/reschedule within the allotted 72 hour period, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be required to pay a second deposit to reschedule. 

 

If cancelling or rescheduling of the SAME appointment occurs more than twice without appropriate notice (72 hrs) your deposit will once again be forfeited, and you will not be permitted to reschedule. 

 

No call/no shows are unacceptable. If you fail to inform your artist of your intended absence, your card on file will be charged the total cost of your intended service, and you will not be permitted to reschedule. 

 

LATE OR MISSED APPOINTMENTS

We strongly encourage our clients to arrive 10-20 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. Please familiarize yourself with our location prior to your appointment time.

Please contact us prior to your appointment time if you are going to be late. We schedule 2-3 hours for all permanent make up procedures and 1-2 hours for tattoo appointments to ensure enough time to properly care for each client. Time is precious. With that being said, if you will be more than 20 minutes late, the appointment will be considered missed and your deposit will be forfeited.

A new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment. Additional missed appointments may be subject to cancellation fees or declining of all future appointment requests.

 

INITIAL VISIT

During the initial visit all clients must carefully read and sign a consent and release form and fill out a health history form to ensure the skin is in good condition before receiving any treatment. Please make sure to follow closely all of your pre-care instructions. Your results depend on your cooperation. If you do not follow the instruction with results being compromised, I have the right to refuse service and your deposit will be forfeited.

 

BEFORE & AFTER PHOTOGRAPHS

The Brow Co. reserves the right to photograph our work before and after the treatment for many reasons including client records, insurance purposes, and social media.  Before pictures are also necessary to assess the healed results during the perfecting session. We recognize the importance of protecting our client’s privacy and (when requested) may edit the photos to display only the treated area. Client may not waive Before & After photos from being utilized on social media. 

 

RESULTS MAY VARY

Healed results will vary with each individual client. The final shape and result is completely your decision. While strictly adhering to the aftercare instructions is crucial, we have no control over the healing process and make NO GUARANTEES of how the healed results will look. The average two treatments is enough to obtain a natural result, but using a pencil or powder may still be necessary to achieve your desired brow. Individuals who are looking for a more intense result, must understand that it may require additional sessions (charged accordingly).

 

PREVIOUS PERMANENT MAKEUP

If you've had your eyebrows previously tattooed or microbladed and are interested in a cover-up/re-work, you MUST email a clear photo to thebrowcostudio@gmail.com PRIOR to booking your appointment. In some cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, or large, tattoo removal will be recommended before we begin the cover-up/re-work. 

 

PERFECTING SESSION

Perfecting sessions are required for each permanent make up procedure and is not included in the cost of your initial session. It must be scheduled within 6-8 weeks of your initial session. Perfecting sessions are subject to availability. Although we understand that things happen, if you do have to reschedule and it falls outside of your 6 week window, you will again be charged the price of the initial session. 

 

PRICING

Please note that prices are subject to change overtime. We will always honor the pricing that was applicable at the time the client booked their appointment.

NO CHILDREN

While we do allow children in the salon area, children are not allowed in permanent make up the treatment area. Due to the nature of our services, we kindly request that you respect our policy. If you bring your children, you will be asked to reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited.
